Description
Plan of the Carrie Furnaces in the Pittsburg District
as of the mid 1940’s, now demolished. Railroad supplied six furnace plant showing
all trackage, blower and powerhouses, piping, ore bridges, pig caster and various
maintenance buildings in addition to the six furnaces.
